Selkisto Horten |
Selkisto Horten was the commander of the RLF and former Chancellor of the PGA Senate. Regarded as one of the most important paragons of Republic freedom, he saw the people marred by the Empire's abuse of power on many worlds, particularly Imperial rule on Coruscant and Onderon. Horten, along with the Exchange, the Jedi, and many other sympathizers, consolidated an interim army of those who sought to defend democracy.
